Welcome to our festival, where we’re diving deep into the many shades of blues!

Blues Alliance is a Blues event in Toulouse, organized by Marion & Charles from TRAC L’Ecole.

Why Alliance? Quite simply because we love sharing our love of music and dance with other people who have this same passion.

Throughout the event, we’ll explore a full spectrum of blues music, from traditional Delta blues to modern electric and everything in between… and even after by including some Soul & Funk, if the heart is at it.This wide range allows every blues dance to shine, whether it’s the soulful sway of slow drag, the rhythmic groove of Chicago blues, or the jazzy vibrations of Stride. Our goal is to give everyone a chance to connect with a style that resonates, whether they’re here to dance or simply soak in the atmosphere. 

To celebrate the diversity within blues, each band will bring a distinct flavor and energy to the stage, creating a tapestry of sounds that transport us to different worlds within the genre. Between live sets, we’ll feature DJ sessions that bridge these unique styles, introducing fresh moods and rhythms while keeping the flow alive and dynamic.

We’ll end each night with a special Moonlight Hour, a calm, intimate moment where we slow things down and let the music take on a softer, more reflective tone. This final hour is all about connection, with smooth, mellow blues tracks that invite everyone to wind down and let the music wash over them.

With this mix of live and DJ sets, and a variety of blues traditions on display, we’re creating an experience that lets each participant find something that speaks to them. We can’t wait to share this journey through the blues with you!
